1. Cancellation by the Customer:
- Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled excursion or activity are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the excursion or in case of a “No-Show” (non-appearance) are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by the Company:
- If the company cancels an excursion due to adverse weather conditions, technical issues, or force majeure, customers are entitled to either a full refund or a rescheduled booking.
- If an excursion does not meet the minimum required number of participants, the company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule it for another date.
