Location: Kalivaki Beach, Georgioupolis, 25 minutes drive from Rethymno town and also 25 minutes away from Chania town. It is a sheltered bay rated as one of the top beaches of Crete in Tripadvisor.

You will have the chance to enjoy exploring safely and easily a beautiful seabed filled with colorful fish, octopuses, seahorses, starfish, and many other fascinating marine creatures with excellent water visibility.
An Incredible Underwater Adventure
To start your adventure, we pick you up from your hotel at 08:30 AM, going to our Kalivaki diving base in Georgioupolis. You may prefer to meet us directly at the dive site. Upon arrival, coffee, tea, and other refreshments will be offered while completing paperworks. A small briefing about basic Scuba Diving skills and safety will take place after.
Afterwhich, we will prepare and assist your diving equipments. Then we start the dive from the shore to a maximum depth of 6 metres for 45 minutes enjoying the beautiful scenery and silence under the water.

Depending on your hotel location, your exact pick-up time will be confirmed via voucher upon booking. Comfortable transfer to our dive base in Georgioupolis.
Upon arrival, we welcome you with coffee and refreshments. You complete the necessary paperwork for the dive. Our professional instructors provide a briefing on scuba diving basics, including:

Enjoy a 45-minute dive exploring the stunning underwater world of Kalyvaki Bay. Discover colorful marine life, including octopuses, seahorses, groupers, starfish, and more. After the dive, we assist you in removing your gear and debriefing your experience. Relax and share your first scuba diving memories with fellow divers.
We transfer you back to your hotel, where you can continue enjoying your day!

Yes, basic swimming skills are required for safety reasons.
You don’t need to be an expert swimmer, but you should feel comfortable in the water.
The minimum age is 10 years old. Children must be in good health and comfortable in the water.
The first dive reaches a maximum depth of 6 meters (20 feet) and lasts about 45 minutes. If you choose to do an optional second dive, you can go up to 12 meters (40 feet).
The entire program, including transportation, training, diving, and return, lasts approximately 5 hours.
Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. We are an official Scuba Diving Center, and our highly experienced Diver instructors ensure a safe, controlled, and professional experience.
It’s completely normal to feel nervous before your first dive! Our instructors will be with you at all times, helping you adjust at your own pace. We always start in shallow waters, so you can feel comfortable before going deeper.
